Meet Lydia Lydia Heywood is an international Event Rider and the founder of Cool Ridings, a platform promoting diversity and inclusion in equestrian sport. She began riding at age 11 with the support of her late mother, training daily and competing in all disciplines before focusing on eventing. In 2017, Lydia proudly began representing Jamaica, inspiring riders from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue their equestrian dreams.
